Kabir Bhullar is an analyst with the Originations Team at Artes Capital. As a Westlake Village native and the son of a first-generation American, he truly has entrepreneurship in his veins. With this inner drive and encouragement from a family with strong business roots, Kabir pursued his interests at The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he studied business and real estate, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.

After an internship at a boutique real estate firm, Kabir developed a strong interest in real estate finance which then led to his position at Artes Capital. As an analyst, he focuses on the originations side of the firm, where he supports the production team from start to finish on new loans and shares in portfolio management tasks. As Kabir describes it, “What I enjoy the most about my work is that every transaction is different. Each client has a unique vision for their project, and I get the benefit from observing and learning from the various executions of very experienced developers which is an amazing opportunity.”

Outside the office, Kabir is an avid traveler and enjoys new adventures with friends and family. He is also a loyal and diehard Lakers fan and shares the same initials as his favorite player of all time. Mamba Forever!
